Donation & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting the mission of Real Presence Ministries. Your generosity helps us share the Gospel, foster Eucharistic devotion, and provide faith formation opportunities. We are deeply grateful for your partnership in our ministry.

1. Donations

All donations made to Real Presence Ministries are voluntary and non-refundable. As a nonprofit ministry, we rely on your generosity to continue our outreach and formation efforts. Once a donation has been processed, it is used to further the mission and ministry goals of Real Presence Ministries.

Donations may be made through our secure online giving form, by mail, or during events. All transactions are processed safely through trusted third-party payment processors such as PayPal or other PCI-compliant providers. Real Presence Ministries does not store full credit card or banking information on our servers.

2. Tax-Deductible Contributions

Real Presence Ministries is a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All eligible donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Donors will receive a confirmation email and may request a year-end statement for tax purposes.

3. Refunds and Errors

We understand that mistakes can happen. Refund requests will be considered in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate transactions (e.g., a donation submitted twice by error).
  • Incorrect donation amount entered.
  • Accidental donation submission.

If you believe an error has occurred with your donation, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the transaction date. We will review your request promptly and issue a refund when appropriate. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment.

4. Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel or modify it at any time. To do so, log in to your donor account (if available) or contact us directly. Please allow up to five (5) business days for changes to take effect.

5. Security of Transactions

All online donations are processed using encrypted connections and secure payment gateways. We partner only with providers who meet PCI-DSS compliance standards. Your personal and financial information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
